As an experienced Digital Analytics professional, you will have proven experience in delivering web and mobile analytics to stakeholders, coupled with demonstrated ability to bring analytics to real business situations and present clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

Priorities - the work

  • Provide insights into client decision journey and intent by customer segmentation
  • Ownership of monthly website performance reporting through Google Big Query and Google Analytics
  • Work with the business to solve customer journey challenges through behavioural, qualitative analysis of website, online application and mobile app data
  • Deliver business critical product, marketing, customer and campaign analytics and performance reporting, together with clear insights and recommendations supporting planning and performance optimisation
  • Manage tag management and tagging setup, focused on ensuring accuracy of data recorded across Google, Facebook and other publishers
  • Own media tracking accuracy and use, including classification, management of campaign codes, cross tagging technology alignment
  • Collaborate with technical engineers on CRM design and data integration if required.
  • Contribute to designing a comprehensive attribution model capable of measuring above the line marketing activity to provide actionable insights on future Marketing spend
  • Champion data currency and accuracy across digital assets
  • Dashboard building and continuous system enhancements via Tableau

Skills - the person

  • Tertiary qualification in Analytics or a related field
  • proven + hands-on experience in a similar role
  • Experience in web analytics using tools such as Google Analytics is a must.
  • Extensive experience with digital media performance and attribution analysis
  • Highly proficient in SQL with experience working in Google BigQuery or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with Prismic/Headless CMS, Segment and Customer IO or equivalent.
  • Campaign analysis experience welcome (Google Adwords/ Facebook Ad / CRM campaign)
  • Experience with analytics code tagging and auditing (Google Tag manager, FB Pixel, GG UTM Tag)
  • Basic coding skills to automate data processing (ideally in Python and/or Javascript)
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail
