Eastern Melbourne Primary Healthcare Network (EMPHN) is an independent organisation focused on primary health for the community in east and north east Melbourne. Funded by government, EMPHN is responsible for commissioning services, building capability and coordinating and connecting health and community in the areas of mental health, older persons and palliative care, chronic and complex conditions, and working with general practice. The focus is supporting the most vulnerable in the community.
Reporting to the Manager Communications and Stakeholder Engagement, the Coordinator will support the whole Communications and Engagement function with the overall strategy and workplan through the development and publishing of content, coordination of EMPHN newsletters, event coordination and general support to the whole team.
