Hope Street Youth and Family Services is Victoria’s leading youth homelessness service provider. We have a proud history of delivering services to young people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness for more than 40 years.

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic person experienced working with vulnerable young people from diverse backgrounds and cultural heritage. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Community Integration Facilitator role will assist young people to:
This is a fixed-term contract position, 22.8 hours per week. The fixed-term contract ends late December 2021 and dependent on funding but is likely to be extended.
