Hope Street Youth and Family Services is a leading specialist youth homelessness services in Victoria with over 35 years’ experience in delivering services to young people in the western and northern communities.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an organised and experienced Finance Manager with high-level financial management skills to achieve efficient management and administration of our finance systems. In this role you will report to the CEO and form part of the Executive team. You will provide leadership and direction to an experienced Payroll and Finance Officer.  

This role can be worked full-time or part-time at 0.9 EFT to suit your lifestyle. Flexible work arrangements, such as working from home days, are available. 

About You:

You are a finance professional with an Accounting Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably gained in a NFP environment. You have a sound understanding of MYOB, payroll processing, award and statutory compliance and auditing processes. In this role you will provide clear, accurate and timely advice on financial matters to the CEO and the Board. From time to time you will produce financial reports and data analysis and maintain the integrity of our financial systems. As our Finance Manager you will have high-level organisational and communication skills with great attention to detail and you will continuously strive to achieve best practice in your field.
