The Hope Street First Response Youth Service is an innovative new model purpose-designed to respond to youth homelessness via a place-based approach in the north-western growth corridor of Melbourne. The service consists of two components – a youth refuge providing supported crisis accommodation, and a mobile outreach service available 365 days per year including after hours.

Hope Street Youth and Family Services Limited ("Hope Street") based in the Northern and Western regions of Melbourne, is one of the longest established specialist youth homelessness services in Victoria delivering a broad range of support services to young people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
If you are an experienced Team Leader or seasoned Case Manager with strong people management skills, and an understanding of the impacts of young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and providing stable and safe accommodation and youth-specific supports, we want to hear from you!
