Hope Street Youth and Family Services Ltd ("Hope Street") has over 40 years of experience delivering specialist services to young people and their families experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.

We are looking for a supportive and committed person to join the Hope Street in Melton team in supporting transitional housing for young people and young families who are provided with safe, secure and affordable accommodation for 12 months to 2 years.
