We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead who believes a better way is possible and is prepared to go the last mile to make it happen.

A passionate team player wanting to join a rapidly growing business, able to bring initiative, take action and enjoys building relationships to support our Delivery Team in global social impact measurement projects, and in the process make a real difference.

In accordance with our values - Connection, Authenticity and Adventure - you will work to develop our team and client relationships, support and lead your own social impact measurement projects in Australia and abroad as well as maintain and strengthen our social impact measurement process.

You will be Accredited as a Huber Social Impact Measurement Consultant and provided professional development opportunities in project management and consulting skills, forming part of the Huber Social Delivery Team as we scale our business and accelerate Collective Wellbeing.

In addition to the right motivation and approach to working, you will need the below capabilities and experience.

Social Impact Measurement

  • Lead and support engagements – locally and internationally
  • Project management
  • Facilitation of client workshops
  • Basic data analysis, and the ability to draw insights from data
  • Report writing
  • Quality assurance

Delivery Capability

  • Participate in improving and strengthening the Huber Social Impact Measurement Process, including identifying opportunities to streamline and/or automate process steps.
  • Mentor other Huber Social Impact Measurement consultants

Huber Social Community

  • Participate in marketing activities and events
  • Actively participate in the Huber Social Impact Consultant community including sharing lessons learnt, current affairs in social impact and attending events

Required capabilities & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in building professional relationships
  • Demonstrated skills in stakeholder expectation management – able to consider the needs/expectations of people and manage them appropriately
  • Demonstrated strong writing skills and research capability
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitation
  • Demonstrated experience Project Management – scheduling and budget management
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong interpersonal skills – seeking to understand over seeking to respond
  • Experience in working independently and managing your own workload
  • Creativity/Layered thinking - ability to take a process and apply it in different circumstances
  • Outcome thinking - remain clear on the outcome and adapt the method as required
  • Cultural competency and open-mindedness - understand there are different worldviews, refrain from holding judgment, ability to suspend one's own view of the world and be open to understanding someone else's
  • Mature level of self-awareness - knowing our ability and our limits

Preferred/bonus capabilities

  • Practical experience or qualifications in social impact measurement, local community or international development, social work, foreign affairs
  • Experience in consulting
  • Data analysis skills
  • Canva and PowerPoint design skills
  • The ability to create dashboards (e.g., using PowerBI, Tableau, Bokeh, Flask)
  • Experience in delivering presentations of analytical findings to audiences from a non-statistical background
  • At least a bachelor’s degree (Masters or PhD preferred) in Development Studies, Politics and Foreign Affairs, Human Rights, Psychology or Sociology with coursework completed in Research Method

Remuneration

Huber Social is a profit-for-purpose business meaning all ‘profits’ are distributed back into our service delivery and not paid out to shareholders. This means as we grow, so will your rewards.

Current remuneration: $85,000 p.a. plus superannuation.

We work to outcomes, rather than timesheets. Work is flexible and completely remote so long as you can be available during the majority of AEST hours.
