An exciting opportunity exists to develop the communications and marketing activities of one of Perth's leading human service providers.
You will be a proven critical and creative thinker who has had substantial experience in developing, coordinating, and monitoring successful marketing initiatives to achieve specific results. Although previous experience in the not-for-profit sector might be useful, it's not essential as an interest in what we provide and an ability to learn quickly, critically, and strategically is just as important. You will also have previous project management experience and the ability to analyse complex information to develop, adapt and critically review marketing activities.
Working closely with the Director - Strategy and Growth, you will be an important part of an established team of motivated and experienced Senior Managers and Executives. You will also lead a small marketing team who are passionate and dedicated to communicating and promoting our organisation and the services we provide. The organisation is currently considering key marketing activities such as fundraising, lobbying and public relations and this position provides the unique opportunity to help shape the future direction of the organisation in these areas.
The role is busy, varied and will suit someone who is tenacious, adaptable and resilience with a solution focused attitude and ability to take the initiative. You will be a confident Senior Manager who is not afraid of change, can take feedback and often asks "why?"
In return you will have the flexibility to work full or part time with the ability to work at different sites across the Perth metro and/or at home.
