Someone to lead us in applying insights from Behavioural Science to optimise the overall impact of our research and evaluative work. • Maintain deep familiarity with academic literature and emerging findings from Behavioural Science.
  • Embed Behavioural Insights throughout the various work streams, focusing on continuous skill development to enable day to day application.

About You:

  • Solid work experience in consulting, research or other behaviour change related industries.
  • A creative and strategic thinker who can connect clear pathways between points of friction and actionable insights and interventions.
  • Proven track record of your ability to apply behavioural insights to drive positive behaviour change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative way to do great work and is eager to train and learn from other colleagues in the team.
  • Interest in / understanding of the humanitarian or international development sector preferred.
