The Australian Human Rights Commission is based in the heart of Sydney CBD, with flexible hybrid and remote work options available. This full-time, ongoing position offers a competitive salary range of $72,294 up to $80,033 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation.

People & Culture handle everything from employee relations and talent management to learning and development, organisational growth, and workforce planning.
As a People & Culture Officer, you will be the backbone of our team, providing vital administrative and coordination support across a range of activities. Your role will encompass recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, work health and safety, and various other initiatives that contribute to a seamless employee experience.
