Your Impact

As the Recovery Support Lead, you will be a vital member of the Recovery Support Business Unit helping reduce the impact of injury. This pivotal role will lead the delivery of our recovery support projects and campaigns for Road Trauma Support and Mental and Physical Safety on Our Roads. The Recovery Support Lead will lead the planning, development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of recovery support projects to help support injury recovery in our community.

About You

Do you have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support operational needs? Would you describe yourself as an energetic and self-motivated professional willing to see the bigger picture and think outside the box? Would your team say you have exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively organise your time, allowing you to support your team as they need? Can you adapt to change depending on the community's emerging needs? Then this is the role for you.

Ideally, you will possess a qualification in Health Science, Allied Health, Project Management, and/or equivalent experience working in road trauma and/or mental health.

It is highly regarded if you currently or have previously worked alongside the following community groups:

1. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

2. People of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

3. Regional communities.

The technical bits

This position is a full-time, max-term position based in our Leederville office. Some intra and inter‑state travel may be required. At times you may be required to work outside of regular business hours. You will also be required to provide a current Police Clearance, and a Drivers Licence is preferred.
