The Richmond Urgent Care Centre (UCC) assists community members of all ages suffering from urgent, non-life-threatening injuries or illness to obtain fast priority care by avoiding long wait times in public Emergency Departments. This service supports St. Vincent’s Public Hospital Emergency. The Richmond UCC is open seven days a week from 8am – 10pm, and in addition provides referrals to a wide range of Access Health and Community Medical and Allied Health Services.We are seeking medical receptionist with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to offer a friendly and welcoming service to all of our customers who attend the Richmond UCC.
This is a Permanent Part time position and you will be required to cover the permanent shifts on Tuesday 3-10pm, Thursday 5- 8.30pm & Saturday 3pm to 10pm.Candidates must possess excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail and the ability to provide efficient administrative support to the team and provide customers with information about the services and activities offered by AccessHC.
