Remote / Work from Home
The Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA) is seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Content Producer. This position is a remote work-based role and candidates may be located in Australia or the Asia Pacific region.
Working alongside the media/communications team, you will develop creative ways of communicating and promoting our research to national and global stakeholders using digital technologies such as audio, video and publishing tools, website, webinars, social media, and other channels. While helping to build IEEFA’s cross-platform presence, you will improve the quality, frequency, and vibrancy of IEEFA’s digital content.
As Digital Content Producer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital content strategy to amplify our online presence and build strong communities through our various platforms. You will create digital content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between existing and new audiences, our analysts, and our organisation. The role includes monitoring and measuring the success of our online presence and identifying and reporting on trends to internal stakeholders with recommendations on potential opportunities or risks. The successful candidate will be required to collect and review data to develop more effective campaigns. You must possess a commitment to IEEFA’s mission to accelerate the transition to a diverse, sustainable, and profitable energy economy.
IEEFA is a rapidly-growing NGO/nonprofit think tank that conducts independent public interest research and analysis on financial and economic issues related to energy markets, trends and policies. Headquartered in the United States, IEEFA has teams of analysts and communications personnel located across the globe, with a significant portion of our staff in the greater Asia Pacific region. The Digital Content Producer will work alongside our dynamic, Australia-based communications team and collaboratively with the Digital Communications Specialist Manager in the U.S.
IEEFA produces a significant volume of original written research on issues affecting the energy and finance industries. Our research reports, commentaries, press coverage and other resources can be found on our public domain website: www.ieefa.org.
