ReachOut is the most-accessed online mental health service for young people and their parents in Australia. Our trusted self-help information, peer-support program and referral tools save lives by helping young people be well and stay well. The information we offer parents makes it easier for them to help their teenagers, too.
As part of ReachOut’s fundraising team, you will be responsible for growing and nurturing relationships with ReachOut supporters as well as providing campaign support for the wider Fundraising and Marketing Team team.
A major component of this role will be all aspect of supporter care and administration for ReachOut’s three Peer to Peer campaigns, as well as the Appeals and Regular Giving programs.
Your 'can do' attitude and your disciplined, determined approach let you tackle just about any challenge. You are organised and collaborative with amazing attention to detail. You have exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills, and you love talking to people on the phone.
