The Company

Our client is seeking talented individuals for multiple roles, including skilled Client Engagement Coordinators and Rostering/Scheduling Coordinators. You will join a collaborative team of professionals who are dedicated to making a difference in our community. Their head office is based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, with lots of opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Rostering/Scheduling Coordinator:

As part of the Services department, you will be the first point of contact for disability support workers, clients, and key stakeholders, ensuring accurate rosters. Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and updating rostering requests and changes to meet client needs
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve staffing issues
  • Responding to inquiries and redirecting to the Rostering Team Leader as needed
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

Client Engagement Coordinator:

In the Services and Operations department, you will implement, review, and manage client-centric services, focusing on exceptional customer service and client engagement. Your responsibilities include:

  • Selecting and coordinating Client Support services and reviewing Client Support Plans
  • Maintaining accurate funding and compliance records
  • Conducting regular visits to client homes and community locations
  • Attending stakeholder meetings and networking events as required

What will I need to succeed?

  • A Valid WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance will be required
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Proven knowledge of Disability Services and Individual Support Programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships
  • Client Engagement Coordinator applicants must have a Certificate IV in Disability Studies/Community Services or equivalent
