What we are looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven and passionate Leader to support the delivery of high-quality services to enable our clients to live a good life in the comfort of their own home and community. If you have the ability to lead, mentor, coach and develop a team of professionals with demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, initiative and strong problem-solving capabilities then this is the role for you!

What is essential to this role

  • Equivalent to VET Certificate IV in relevant studies and/or relevant experience working in mental health, aged care or disability services
  • Good computer literacy and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people from varying backgrounds with diverse needs and preferences
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to support complex client needs
  • Willingness to uphold the Vision, Mission and Values of Interchange
  • Valid driver’s licence, and access to a reliable vehicle – mandatory
  • Provide First Aid Certificate (obtained in the last 12 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screener Clearance, or willingness to apply for one
