Our location at Southpoint on Anketell Street means that we are within easy access to public transport and public parking.
We are looking for a Deputy Practice Manager to support the Practice Manager. The Practice Manager is responsible for all the administrative, financial and IT services needed by doctors, as well as the premises from which doctors operate. While this role is full time, we would consider part time hours for the right person.
We are looking for a person who has had some employment experience. This could be as a receptionist in a general practice but experience in any customer focused industry would be relevant.
The successful candidate will have the ability to mix with a wide variety of people, exceptional customer service skills, good computer skills and the enthusiasm and energy to take on a new job. The ability to multi-task, initiative and the ability to make decisions and take on responsibility would be some of the qualities we are looking for in the successful candidate.
The job is a richly rewarding one at both a personal and professional level. It involves daily contact with doctors, patients and other health care professionals. It is also a learning experience focused on the Australian health care system and specialised medical software.
We offer a starting salary of $28 -$32.00 per hour, dependent on experience and skills plus salary sacrifice.
