About the role

Develop, oversee and implement agreed social media communications campaigns (co-ordinating and posting digital content on INA’s website and social media channels according to the annual communications plan digital matrix

You will have a genuine passion for international development and equity, you’ll value being able to do good.

About you

You will have:

  • Demonstrated previous experience in optimising and distributing engaging digital content using a content management system (CMS).
  • Tertiary education and/or extensive experience in social media marketing and communications.
  • Demonstrated previous experience in developing and implementing digital strategies.
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and managing social media content across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Previous work experience or knowledge in delivering campaigns across digital platforms, specifically Facebook and Google.
  • Exemplary communication skills, including persuasive negotiating and public speaking abilities.
  • A strong commitment and alignment with INA’s mission, vision and values and philosophy statement.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or 2 years relevant experience.

  • Conduct national education programs with Australian students that align with the Australian Curriculum to help youth clarify their personal purposes and increase empathy and understanding of global poverty and the Sustainable Development Goals,
  • Bring our funding contributors and in-country partners closer together to easily co-design projects with all stakeholders to support innovation and alignment of programs, and,
  • Is efficient and currently allocates over 83% of funds to overseas projects or community education programs.
