This is a new and exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Coordinator, who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of families & children, to assist with the coordination and delivery of the Children's Contact Service in Coffs Harbour.
The Children's Contact Service is a place for parents to engage in safe and friendly change-over and change-back in a relaxed, family atmosphere, in which children from separated families can connect with both parents. This position assists in coordinating the delivery and quality management of the Contact Service.
Key duties for this role includes:
Along with a Graduate Diploma or Bachelor in psychology/behavioural or social science/ social work/ children's services/ community services or other related field; or, currently working towards a degree, we are looking for strong capabilities in leadership, negotiation and conflict Management, interpersonal skills, communication and relationship skills and ethics.
This position is permanent part time, working 22.5 hours per week. Days and hours of work will be negotiable at interview. This position will require evening work and some weekends, and the availability to be on call.

Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic the majority of our workforce is working and providing services to our communities from the safety of their home. We have recently begun offering very limited face to face services under strict conditions following a risk assessment. We anticipate that by 31 January, 2022 successful candidates will be working fully at an Interrelate office.
