This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Counsellor, who is passionate about providing advocacy and support services to anyone who is engaging with or affected by the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability ('the Disability Royal Commission').
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Counsellor working as Clinical Specialist who has a broad range of skills and experience, with advanced knowledge of case management and working with trauma to take up a role in the Disability Royal Commission Comprehensive Support Service supporting those affected by the Disability Royal Commission.
This is a Fixed Term Part Time Contract until 30 June 2022. The hours are 30 per week and the days and hours of work are negotiable.
The service will offer face to face delivery as well as phone and online counselling and will be based in our Coffs Harbour office.
Along with relevant tertiary qualifications, we are looking for strong capabilities, skills and experience in providing trauma-related counselling and providing flexible and responsive clinical support services to individuals who have experienced trauma. The successful applicant will also have the ability to engage in reflective practice and take responsibility for proactive self-care.

We anticipate that by 31 January 2022 successful candidates for this position will be working fully at an Interrelate office.
