Located in Westmead within Ronald McDonald House Charities – Greater Western Sydney is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fundraising & Partnerships Manager.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the CEO some of your key accountabilities will include:
- Overseeing & implementing the overarching marketing, communications, programs and partnership strategy
- Development & delivery of the annual and long-term strategies across community, P2P, individual & regular channels
- Identifying & acquiring opportunities for new corporate partnerships, grants, government, trusts and foundations
- Leading the expansion of digital & social media presence
- Ensuring brand message is strong & consistent across all channels
- Managing a team of 5 – working closely with the CEO to foster an engaged and productive team environment
- Report preparation (budgets, weekly, monthly, annually) – presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Event management and coordination of public relations program and corporate hospitality
THE CANDIDATE:
To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within a similar role where you have been a key driver in the planning & development of fundraising strategies – you have an obvious passion for the NFP sector and a resume to showcase your past success. You can confidently articulate your experience across all areas of fundraising - individual giving, regular giving, community & P2P)
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
- The kind of personality that people are drawn to – you’re a natural people person. Whether it’s leading by influence to achieve outcomes in your team or developing relationships with key partners and stakeholders. You love working with people
- A current covid vaccination and police check (or a willingness to obtain if successful)
