About Us

We’re here to provide long term, meaningful employment for people who face significant barriers to employment (people with disability and from disadvantaged backgrounds) - and at the same time, we create great quality products and services for our business customers.

We do this so our employees can get a sense of purpose, belonging and pride that only comes from a job well done - and we must be doing something right - among our many long-term customers are some of the most respected names in Australian business.

We believe everyone deserves the same opportunities to work - but people living with a disability and those who experience social disadvantage often experience significant barriers to employment. Our focus is on breaking down those barriers by providing training and employment with expert support tailored to the needs of our Employees, whilst delivering high quality commercial goods and services to our customers.
