Ironbark Sustainability is hiring!
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Smart Lighting Team. We’re seeking someone who is passionate, working in delivering real action to reduce the impacts in the field of climate change and wants to use their experience and expertise to make a difference. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting council clients through the delivery of smart lighting projects under Ironbark’s Smart Lighting Program. Project types will typically include the development and delivery of large-scale bulk street lighting upgrades, smart lighting pilots and trials and small-scale lighting replacement projects and audits.
Our team have delivered projects that will save over 4 million tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions and return $500m+ to councils who will spend this to the benefit of their communities.
The Project Manager will work within our team of 20-25 in the Smart Lighting Program and 40 organisation-wide. We’re seeking someone who is personable and will work well in a leading team of technical specialists and local government professionals who have one key aim: to help councils and their communities achieve real action on climate change.
The Project Manager will be located in Melbourne (Collingwood) but remote or flexible working arrangements will be considered.

Candidates will ideally have 2+ years of project management experience in the field of public works, construction or infrastructure. Candidates with the ability to attend our Melbourne office at least once a week are preferred.
