An exciting opportunity exists for enthusiastic and experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Wellbeing Support Service for Older Adults at BHN. Helping them to understand and address the issues they face by tailoring bespoke, individualised plans to meet their needs. You will utilise your extensive practice knowledge to improve the wellbeing of older adults and collaborate with an innovative and supportive team.
This program provides outreach counselling and wellbeing support to individuals living in residential aged care facilities (RACFs) in the Stonington, Glen Eira and Port Phillip Local Government Areas. There is the opportunity to supervising Social Work students and leadership opportunities relating to stakeholder relationship management with RACF managers.
