As a key member of the Acute Respiratory Clinics (ARCs), you will be providing efficient support to the Nurse such as administrative support during the COVID-19 testing process, collecting client's personal information and completing forms for pathology documentation. As a Nurse Assistant, you will be vital to building rapport with clients as they attend the site for COVID-19 testing and ensuring they receive the information required to enhance service delivery and navigating confidentiality protocols.
With the growth and expansion of the ARC service, there are plenty of casual opportunities available for team members to join the ARC team and make a difference to our community. Our testing sites are located in the west of Melbourne and require flexibility to travel across these sites as needed, as well as availability to work on weekends.
This is a casual role classified under the Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Officers) Multiple Enterprise Agreement 2018-2022.
With experience in administration in the health field, paired with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to effectively build rapport with stakeholders and provide a high level of customer service. You will thrive working in fast paced environments and have a well developed knowledge of COVID Safe practices. You are highly adaptable and can learn new systems quickly. You will have a current Victorian driver's licence and Working with Children's Check.
