About The Role

Join the dynamic C19 Vaccinations Hubs (Rapid Response Collaborative) and provide effective project and administrative support for the C-19 Vaccination Hubs. Demonstrate commitment to the coordination and delivery of the C-19 Vaccination Hubs and apply your knowledge and skills in network staffing, rosters management and logistics coordination.

This role reports through to the Executive Lead and assists both the Executive and Clinical Lead with administrative and project tasks. A key aspect of this role requires liaison and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including our external partners in the set up, resourcing and coordination of fixed and outreach C-19 Vaccination sites.

Within this diverse role, you will be a key communication point of contact for the C-19 Vaccination Hub team, effectively providing key information updates, providing general support to all Vaccination Hub team members. You will also monitor and review processes and practices aligned to assignment requirements, to ensure successful execution.

This position is classified under the Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Health And Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Officers) Multiple Enterprise Agreement 2018-2022.

About You

You will be a highly organised and a proactive individual with a strong administrative and project support background. Your experience within a fast paced environment will enable you to think quickly on your feet, be solutions focused and manage situations of high pressure effectively. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you can effectively collaborate with our stakeholders to achieve mutual goals. You are highly adaptable, with strong attention to detail and can initiative. You are also flexible and creative with excellent technical skills. A current and valid Victorian Drivers Licence, WWCC and Police Check are requirements of the role.
