This opportunity is a 1 FTE Fixed Term position to 26th September 2025.
The role is classified an Allied Health Professional Award Grade 3 offering $107,181.88 to $122,492.24 pa commensurate with skills and experience plus 11.5% super under the Allied Health Professionals Victorian Community Health Sector Multi-Employer Agreement 2022-2026.
In the Senior Clinician Occupational Therapy role, you will apply your adaptive leadership skills and provide supervision, mentoring and support to the team to achieve their goals.
With your sound understanding of the community’s needs, you will work closely with the Senior Clinician team and the Senior Manager Allied Health to oversee planning and assist with team purpose for the Occupational Therapy service, and the wider Allied Health team. You will provide clinical oversight and budget management for our Assistive Technology and Home Modifications program and actively seek and participate in business development opportunities that support IPC Health strategic objectives.
