About this position

This newly created position reports to the Learning and Development Manager and has the responsibility for the administration, management and co-ordination of all external candidate/participant training programs, both online and face-to-face. The role closely partners with the NDIS team to co-ordinate and facilitate NDIS facilitators’ delivery of the DES training program modules. The role supports the business by designing, implementing, evaluating and promoting career development pathways, programs and strategies for JCAL’s external candidates/participants to maximise operational outcomes of 13, 26, 52 weeks and beyond.

About You 

You have at least one year of L&D experience, are passionate about helping others learn and grow, have a continuous improvement and solutions focused mindset and a ‘can do attitude. You thrive on stretch goals in a fast-paced environment, juggling priorities and confidently managing deadlines with a smile. 

You are

• An engaging facilitator, who is comfortable with on-line facilitator led training, as well as face-to-face classroom style training
• Computer literate with the ability to show initiative in learning new technology to enhance training outcomes
• Highly organised and experienced in training protocols and processes

Your experience in the DES/NDIS Disability Sector and/or GO1 Learning Management System will be very highly regarded.

We have offices located in Chatswood and the Central Coast this role can be located in either JCAL office with a willingness to travel when required, please check our website for locations.

Essential 

• High level of computer literacy (word, excel, outlook)
• Eligible to work in Australia
• Criminal History check / Background check must be provided prior to commencement
• Fully Vaccinated or medical exemption
