More about the Role

As a motivated, up and coming customer service professional with a minimum of 3 years experience, you will be passionate about ensuring our customer experience is maintained as we continue to grow. This is an opportunity to take the next step in your career and develop our team. We are seeking a candidate for a hands-on role to supervise and lead the staff across our customer service and inbound sales areas.

Key Requirements:

  • Team resource planning, including ensuring all day to day duties adequately covered
  • Providing ongoing feedback, mentoring & regular performance reviews of staff
  • Ensuring all procedures & training material maintained
  • Reporting - weekly and monthly
  • Recruiting new staff
  • Driving improvement activities within customer service areas & cross business interface

Key Criteria:

  • Positive attitude
  • Leadership skills, including emotional intelligence, empathy and assertiveness
  • Understanding of customer drivers
  • Good communication skills, including written & verbal
  • Process focus and continuous improvement ethic
  • Desire to progress in your career

Experience in a growing business in service related industry would be viewed positively. The position is full time.
