Jean Hailes for Women's Health is a national, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving women's health throughout the various stages of their lives. We combine research, clinical care, policy work and practical education for women and health professionals.
Based at Head Office in East Melbourne and working within the CEO Team, the Executive Assistant & Office Manager role will see you apply highly-developed organisational and analytical skills to proactively support the CEO and keep the whole office humming!
This is a part-time (0.8FTE, equivalent to 4 days per week), fixed term maternity leave replacement for 12 months. Must be able to work Fridays. Spreading 4 days over 5 (i.e. 6 hours per day Monday to Friday) is possible.
Working directly with various stakeholders internally and externally, you will be an integral part of the Jean Hailes Team. Your professional nature, high level of interpersonal skills and proactive approach will hold you in good stead to hit the ground running in this varied role.
