Jewish Care’s Front Door service provides a single point of contact for all new clients seeking access to or information about our services. The Information and Access Team Worker provides a first point of contact and entry through the Front Door for all clients seeking Jewish care services. It involves undertaking an initial needs identification assessment and ensuring that all client enquiries are directed to the appropriate service in an efficient and effective manner.
