The Role:

The administration role will see you be the first point of contact for the organisation, speaking directly with clients, answering queries and making recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients, over the phone and via email
  • Managing general email inbox
  • Managing bookings and timetables of educators
  • Assisting in the production of educational resources
  • Copying, filing, laminating, mail
  • Keeping CRM updated and compliant
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties and projects

The Candidate:

To be effective in the role you will:

  • be a great communicator, able to show empathy and patience where required
  • have good interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with people
  • be able to demonstrate commitment and values alignment to the mission of the organisation
  • have good organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise workload
  • enjoy working within a small team, contributing to the office culture
  • solid technical skills, able to pick up new systems quickly and ideally experienced with Microsoft Office software
