The Continence Foundation of Australia is a not-for-profit organisation and the national peak body promoting bladder and bowel health, incontinence prevention, management, education, awareness, information and advocacy. It has revenues of 7 M, 42 staff, over 1000 members and represents and advocates on behalf of over 5 million Australians who experience incontinence.

The Role

This newly created role has a key focus in embedding a new structure whilst providing high level support and advice to the Chief Executive Officer and representing Continence Foundation Australia. You will identify and secure external revenue from a range of sources, including government, corporate and community initiatives.

The Candidate

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive strategic planning, implement improved advocacy and brand recognition strategies, as well as review and upgrade existing operational protocols. You will be an experienced and inclusive leader who has demonstrated success in driving sustainable organisational and cultural transformation. Your stakeholder engagement skills will create measurable influence and increased organisational capacity. Critical to success will be your capacity to build collaborative and productive working relationships across the Foundation providing leadership and day-to-day support to the operational teams, Foundation partners and clients.

The Offer

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer position is offered on a permanent contract with a competitive salary plus superannuation. In addition, you will be able to access attractive PBI/NFP salary packaging.
