The Position

In this newly created role, you’ll be leading a successful internal recruitment team whilst leading an exciting new project to streamline HR operations and increase efficiency.

The key responsibilities for this role are to:

  • Review and analyse existing HR frameworks, processes and systems
  • Establish new processes to streamline operations
  • Implement systems to increase efficiency
  • Lead, motivate and keep the recruitment team engaged
  • Ensure the team is meeting the needs of stakeholders

The Person

To be considered for this wonderful opportunity it is essential you have:

  • Previous process improvement experience, ideally within shared services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and experience, with the ability to engage and motivate others
  • Able to be both strategic and hands-on in approach
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field

The Offer

A remuneration package of $90K plus superannuation, plus 17.5% annual leave loading, with the availability of NFP salary packaging, will be offered to the successful candidate. A mix of working from home and from the office is available.
