The Role:

Due to progressive growth, Kinela is seeking an adaptable and driven National Recruitment Manager to support and galvanise their national Allied Health team. This newly created opportunity supports the strategic recruitment of talent to the clinical and allied health team.You will bring with you a deep understanding of the allied health clinical & support talent landscape, including a well developed reputation and network within the allied health, and ideally, disability sector.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff & Head of Operations you will:

  • Drive the development and implementation of strategic immediate and long-term Allied Health recruitment pipeline
  • Support the development and execution of the Employee Value Proposition
  • Partner with Team Leads to support functional areas on end-to-end recruitment needs including job advert development and candidate screening and interviewing
  • Build and nurture candidate pools, through in-person and online channels, such as social platforms (i.e. LinkedIn) and other professional networks (Universities)
  • Assist the Chief of Staff with monthly and quarterly workforce forecasting and annual hiring needs by clinical & support discipline
  • Work with the Head of Operations to develop an inaugural Allied Health Graduate program, including building the existing student placement program
  • Organise and attend job fairs, university expos and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline

The Person:

You’ll be resilient and passionate about building capability within your team. In addition, you possess:

  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in HR Management, or similar
  • 5+ years working specifically within the Allied Health and/or Disability sector
  • 3-5 years in a similar recruitment leadership position
  • A deep understanding of the mechanics of Allied Health recruitment
  • Strong relationship ties to the allied health and/or disability sector
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
