Our high end Aged Care client has a wonderful opportunity to utilise both your Clinical and Training background for this great role!

This is a Part-time opportunity working 30hrs over 4 days and with flexibility on where you can be based!

What you will be doing:

• Assist in formulating, implementing and evaluating a comprehensive orientation program that can be utilised across all departments and facilities.
• Undertake formal training needs analysis annually.
• Develop, implement and evaluate an overall training program and policy for the organisation.
• Facilitate the delivery of clinical education modules and compiling training materials for face to face and on-line education.
• In consultation with the Executive Director, Aged Care & Seniors Living and Facility Managers coordinate the use of external training providers in relation to employee development activities.
• Liaise with external training providers with regard to the training and supervision of Certificate III and IV trainees, and Registered Nursing students undertaking clinical placement at the company.

What will contribute towards this role is:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered nurse preferred but not essential - min nursing knowledge required
• Experience in and Education/Training & Staff Development role
• Demonstrated high level of communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to obtain a satisfactory police check
