About us

Joseph's Corner is a not-for-profit organisation located in Melbourne's Western Suburbs, the Head Office being at Yarraville and with additional counselling rooms at Laverton and Hoppers Crossing. We provide counselling to the family members of people affected by drugs and alcohol.

Joseph's Corner also provides short therapeutic courses to the wider community, such as courses on ways to improve Self Esteem, Communication Skills, Conflict Management Skills, etc.

Joseph's Corner is a small organisation comprising two part-time Counsellors and we have two Student Counsellors on placement. Joseph's Corner operates on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The successful candidate will be required to have a valid Police Check and Working with Children Check prior to commencement. You should also have a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable car.

We are seeking a Counsellor for 2 days per week.
