Jesuit Social Services seeks an enthusiastic communication professional for a part time role (0.4EFT) responsible for driving strong, clear and consistent communications across the organisation but with a particular focus on our Centre for Just Places.
The Communication Coordinator role will develop a range of strategic communication products including supporter collateral, marketing material, advocacy documents and media statements to represent the organisation and, specifically, the Centre for Just Places.
To be successful in the role you will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, experience pitching and responding to media requests and an understanding of a broad range of social justice issues. Experience creating collateral through basic graphic design skills will also be of benefit but is not mandatory.
This person will be creative, energetic and sympathetic to the values of the organisation.
