About the role

Jesuit Social Services seeks an enthusiastic and energetic Senior Evaluator, Key Projects to work closely with the Learning and Practice Development Unit on the implementation and strategies arising from research projects.

The Senior Evaluator, Key Projects will design and implement evaluation plans that provide an evidence base for best practice principles in key education, training and employment programs.

This is a part-time role (0.4 EFT) based in our Richmond office.

Candidate Requirements

This role will suit a candidate with the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated skill and experience in the design and implementation of research particularly with marginalised and hard to reach and/or vulnerable populations
  • Experience in leading research, including the development of research designs and an evaluation framework as well as collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
  • Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Superior verbal and written skills including report writing skills
  • Creative, energetic and sympathetic to the mission and ethos of Jesuit Social Services
