Reporting to General Manager – Individual Support Services (ISS), the Operations Manager will shape and implement strategic opportunities and partnerships to ensure a high-quality individualised support service through the Geelong region. This role will oversee a medium office-based team and a large remote workforce in community-based disability and aged care services, providing leadership that reinforces our continuous commitment to our values.
