The position of the Operations Manager, Support Coordination is to manage a team providing high-quality support coordination deliverables, implementing the operating model for support coordination and ensuring high quality and timely reporting for participants (who have a psychosocial or other disability) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) choosing genU as a provider.
The Operations Manager will provide coaching, mentoring and support to the Support Coordination team members and ensure consistent practice for coordination responsibilities.
