Due to recent structural changes to better support staff and our community, Kyabra now has some new exciting positions that have a focus across housing, homelessness and DFV and are a part of our improved integration strategies across the organisation.

Based at our Nambour office, the Coordinator - Domestic & Family Violence and Supported Accommodation will be responsible for the supervision of a team of case-workers in addition to supporting the Manager with the development of domestic and family violence and supported accommodation responses in the region.

This position will interact with other roles within the organisation in relation to areas such as; professional supervision and training, data collection and reporting, research and evaluation, quality assurance and standards. This role requires being available for an after-hours on-call roster.

A Bachelor degree in Social Work or similar is an essential requirement for this position.

Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award, Level 5 $41.89 per hour. We also offer salary packaging to permanent employees, a family friendly work environment and a range of practice and professional development opportunities.
