ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, friendly and organised Education Coordinator to oversee the delivery of our pre-accredited training courses (ACFE) and ensure our organisation maintains its standard of excellence and innovation.

Reporting to the KNH Manager, this is a key role that supports our vision to “be the leading provider in Melbourne of adult education, personal development, community building and childcare programs. We remove barriers and empower people.”

The Education Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of pre-accredited training delivery, including course design and documentation, recruitment of students, recruitment and management of tutors (3), collection and reporting of data and consulting with our community to create new courses as needed. This role requires strong organisational skills, great written and verbal communication, a genuine love of people, and a passion for community education and development.
