We have an opportunity for a passionate and energetic Marketing, Communications and Events Manager to join our equally passionate and energetic team!

• shape community attitudes and build community participation
• elevate Kids+ reach, reputation and influence
• undertake a major brand repositioning and support Kids+ go from strength to strength
• Part-time or Full-time considered

Reporting to the CEO, you will work as part of a high performing and passionate team based in the Geelong community. To be successful in this role you will have a track record of developing and implementing marketing and brand development strategies that make a real difference to organisational performance. An engaged and enthusiastic team member, you will provide marketing, brand and event opportunities and solutions to a busy, ethical and caring organisation. You will be curious and comfortable with ambiguity, able to support longer term strategic planning and roll up your sleeves to deliver shorter term projects. You will be able to work independently, but also have numerous opportunities to work alongside and with the broader Kids+ team.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• coordinate and implement Kids+ marketing and communications activities
• strengthen the Kids+ brand within participant, professional and community networks
• coordinate and implement Kids+ community event activities
• oversee specific brand or marketing campaigns and monitoring effectiveness
• engage with agency partners as needed

Skills & Experience

• tertiary degree in a relevant discipline
• strategic brand development campaigning
• event management experience
• excellent project management skills
