Role Detail

You will be part of our pivotal Responsible Business (RB) division of the firm. Reporting to the Social Impact Manager, who leads the Fairer Futures approach to working with young people, workplace giving and volunteering streams of KWM’s social impact practice, you will provide much needed administration and project co-ordination support.

Based in the Sydney CBD office, with a balanced approach to work from home, you will be responsible for providing administration and project support for our initiatives such as:

  • KWM’s Fairer Futures approach to our work with young people, particularly tertiary students via our targeted pathways programs.
  • Our Responsible Business Blueprint which sets out our impact priorities and how we work.
  • KWM DigDeep®, our workplace giving program, and relationships with our community partners (for example through volunteering).
  • Our Partnership Principles and relationship management practices.

About You

With an excellence without arrogance ethos, you will enjoy a support role with a big impact.  Adding value through your exceptional attention to detail, organisation skills, committed work ethic and a proactive approach, you will also need:

  • A few years administration experience, with Microsoft skills, particularly Excel and MS Teams
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent collaborator with experience working with a range of different stakeholders
  • Project management and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Enthusiasm to work effectively with our community and project partners
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously and part of a team.
