Georges River Council has an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator Library Customer Experience to join and lead our team, based in Hurstville.

As a Coordinator within our Cultural Engagement & Library Services Business Unit, you will provide leadership and management of the team responsible for library spaces and high-quality interactions between library staff and customers across all library service points.
The role is part of the leadership team which is responsible for the delivery of effective, efficient, inclusive and innovative services that fulfill the strategic priorities of the Cultural Engagement and Library Services business unit.
In this role you will lead and develop a cohesive team that deliver exceptional services. You will deliver services that provide positive customer experiences and high-quality interactions across all libraries and service points. The Coordinator Library Customer Experience will provide detailed updates, research, business cases, grant submissions, award applications, presentations and reports to support Council decision making as well as the implementation and development of projects, policies and strategies for the Cultural Engagement and Library Services business unit.
This role is primarily based at Hurstville Library and will involve other locations as required.
This position will participate in the Library Roster with ordinary hours worked between 8.00 am to 9.00 pm, Monday to Sunday in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2023.
