KU Children’s Services is one of Australia’s most experienced and respected providers of a range of early education and care services and is expanding its Allied Health Team to enable access to high quality services for both KU children and families and the wider communities in which we work.

KU embraces and supports vulnerable families and those with children with additional needs, in accessing and participating in quality therapy services (including NDIS services).

The Service

KU Starting Points Macarthur provides early intervention and support to families who have young children (0–8 years) with disabilities or developmental delays.

The Role

As a member of the Allied Health Team, you will be working with a dedicated and skilled team of educators and allied health professionals. This role will be pivotal in providing support for children from birth with developmental disability or developmental delay, making a positive difference in their lives.

On offer is a full-time parental leave contract until March 2022. This position will see you working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day and accruing one monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO) .

Part time opportunities can also be negotiated.

To be considered for this role, the following are essential:

  • Tertiary Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent
  • Registration with relevant professional body
  • A current Victorian Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
