You will be responsible for ensuring that programs are delivered in an efficient, consistent and professional manner with the needs and dignity of the service users a priority.
You will also ensure that your direct reports are supported to fulfil their roles, the requirements of the funding body are met and other activities associated with the needs of the organisation are completed.
