Welcome to Lutheran Care. We are an energetic, forward thinking and values driven faith based not for profit organisation, providing support to people who need it most. The wellbeing of our service users and staff is core to our operations and we're looking for a Community Participation Worker to join our team in our Nuriootpa office in the Barossa. We have one Full Time and one Part Time role available.
The aims and objectives of this role are to provide short to medium term support to people aged 18 to 64. Who are vulnerable and socially isolated, to access services they need to increase their quality of life.
These participants would be ineligible for other state or federal services. The role will support participants through case planning, assessment and review to encroach their capacity to engage within the community. .
