About CASACV:

CASACV is a dynamic organisation offering a suite of specialist services to clients and community across the central Victoria region. We provide 24-hour crisis care support, therapeutic counselling, early intervention, professional education and training, and research. We provide outreach services across the Loddon region including a specialist services at Tarrengower Prison.

The Role:

This exciting position will provide secretarial support to the CEO, executive managers to coordinate a range of administrative tasks including diary management, scheduling appointments, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes and preparing materials and communications. This role also offers administrative support to the CASACV Board, including oversight of calendar, planning, minutes and agendas. The role will coordinate CASACV key organisational events such as the Annual General Meeting (AGM), end of year celebrations, board retreats, leadership planning days, and CEO presentations.

About You:

You will have an exceptional eye for detail, pride yourself in effective time management and delivering high quality administrative support. You will hold a tertiary qualification in Business Administration or other related qualification, and have 3 or more years experience in a similar role. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will have exceptional professionalism, interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.
